Absolute joke of a company, poor customer service, they are rude and unprofessional, they lie constantly about times, do not trust this company at all. They should of recovery my vehicle at 13:30, by 21:30 still nothing. Every time i called they say it will juts be another hour. Liars

Called the recovery in at 9.08am via greenflag and from the 1st hour they kept on putting the recovery back and coming up with a different excuse..waited 6 hours or so and gave up...terrible terrible service

always telling u bullshit went they gonna come out to pick u up take offers from rac that they can't cover on time no call to let u know whats going on and will leave u waiting with no respect for the customer
