Givi rack ordered. Arrived in good time but not in original packaging, unless Givi throw things into tatty boxes. Rack was chipped, nothing serious but not the point. Nothing heard from Julian about returns or compensation ...

They offer items for sale, take your money and then tell you they've had no stock for weeks and you'll have to wait an undisclosed amount of time. Don't order anything from this store or risk not getting it.

Ordered a Givi screen, which upon receipt I didn't like out of the box, so I tried to return it, but they said they don't accept returns on windshields. There is no such condition to be found on the website.
