Ms. Kirsty Sharp of Children's Services has reneged on her commitment regarding EHCP plans and has not responded to correspondence. This council's continued failure to adequately serve our children requires immediate intervention from our Members of Parliament.

The most careless organisation. Don't bother complaining because they just talk what's wrong, right. They are full of assumptions and really couldn't care less about people, like myself, with a progressive life limiting illness. They are an absolute disgrace and not fit for purpose.

Visited matlock Town on Saturday 31 Aug 2024. As a disabled person I needed to use the disabled toilet in the park. (There are about 4 toilets in a block near the roundabout).
