Liars, liars, liars, they lie like little children. Service without any experience, the only experience they have is to cheat customers. If you don't want any problems after buying a motorcycle, I recommend another shop with normal people. 🔔ends.
I purchased my Kawasaki from them new in 2017. Despite the dealership being a 100 mile round trip I have returned every year for my annual service because they really are a first class dealership! One minor warranty issue dealt with very professionally in the first 3 years.
