Just been to Smiths of ilkeston for my corsa's mot and service. Such friendly, helpful, professional staff in the service department who kept me updated on my car whilst I waited for it. I would highly recommend them.

Not a good service. Very unprofessional Smith Renault Took a key to be re-programmed. spent an hour waiting for the job to be done. They failed to re-programme the Key and still charged me for the time spent trying to do the job. No evidence produced to say what they did to try.
