I was a regular customer. Unfortunately on this occasion, during a regular MOT my car's interior was damaged. F1 autocentres denies responsibility.

Showed up exactly 15 minutes early as asked. was told they were a little behind and would take about 45 minutes to change my 4 premium tyres that I paid £700 for. I needed to get copies of my previous services which Formula One Autocentres had done on my car. Within 24 hours they located and send the entire service history. That is truly excellent customer service.

Disgraceful. Took weeks to book an MOT, happy to wait as had been recommended them. Turned up on the day and cancelled the MOT with no notice and due to the internet not working. Then informed it it would be weeks before being offered another MOT slot. Disgusting customer service.
