Worst company ever,they double the price for tickets and never on time,3 buses from lakeside to Aveley no even one from Aveley to Lakeside waiting on bus stop almost 1h when I try to call them no one answer the phone

Awful bus service. Specifically the 22 bus from aveley to grays. Never on time and so expensive. Not worth at all

I’ve lived in Thurrock for 20 plus years. The bus 83 and 73 going to lakeside are the worst ever!!!!! What is the point of bus times if none of the buses are on time. It’s so stupid! We need better bus services!!
