Told to come in for a diagnostic test. Wasn’t told there would be a charge. About to leave then got given a bill £80 for a 5 min test. Not happy. Please tell your customers first how much things cost before you do them. If I had known that I wouldn’t have driven all the way to you.

I’ve been bringing my car to Walthamstow Village Garage for an annual service & MOT for several years now and they offer excellent service and very good value. They’ve also managed to fit me in at short notice for a couple of interim repairs too - a great garage I would highly recommend.
