Awful. The roads are disgusting. Literally holes everywhere. Reporting them gets you nowhere. Waste of time. Missed bin collection. Raised a report and had no reply or feedback in 4 weeks. Called customer service 4 times and have said someone will ring me back and obviously they haven't. Apauling lack of professionalism, disregard for a persons plight and their constant making of excuses for anti social behaviour is nothing short of a disgrace. Shame on you.

Absolutely the worst service (if you can call it that) Attempts to contact then takes forever, even when the queue is small - obviously the 'advisors' don't have call handling targets (or they are just so inept, they cannot achieve them). The whole shambles needs to be sacked - not fit for purpose.
