I travelled some way to see a car for sale at Sherwoods Durham branch. The car had been brought out ready for me to test drive. The representative Alan Francis was very pleasant to deal with and really helpful without being at all pushy. - A real credit to the organisation.

Good customer service. The salesperson was not pushy. They helped me through every step of my purchase and I got more back for my part exchange. Very easy to deal with.
