They have just sorted a problem on my ford Kuga my car fob had had the back cover missing when i collected my fixed car they had also put a new back on my fob at no charge this might not seem a lot but it was a nice touch so well done and thanks again

Accrington garage damaged my alloy during a wash, won't admit liability and palmed me off with excuses and unreasonable explanation. From the point of sale, to the aftersales service. OMC ford Accrington is the best car dealership I have come across. I will certainly use this dealership again when purchasing either a new or used car.

Booked an appointment to view a fiesta at Rochdale branch this morning. Drove almost an hour to be told the car was currently being sold. Terrible service and manager was rude and unhelpful when we complained. Highly unprofessional. Thanks for nothing!
