All I can say is BRILLIANT!!!! Nothing is too much trouble for Ash, bought a cb1000r black edition which I wanted converting [the horrible rear wheel hugger thing] and he sorted everything out even delivery. Can’t recommend enough unbelievable customer service x

I needed some work on my Triumph motorcycle, and the staff were brilliant. They accommodated me really quickly. Wayne, Paul and the mechanic Steve were especially friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Bill Smiths as a motorcycle dealer, and nothing is too much trouble.

Worse company I have ever dealt with ever. Customer service is shocking and the way I was spoken to was unacceptable to say the least! Definitely stay away! Buy elsewhere.
