What a bunch of greedy rats. Embarrassed the way our council treat their own

Nightmare neighbour, they did nothing but escalate the situation and took neighbour's side and because I complained, throwing things at me to twist the blame on to the victim. So much evidence I gave them but they did nothing and he just carries on
