One of the worst and cruel Councils in the UK. If I can give it 0 star, I will do! Staff need to be fired to rehire a more humane employees after training them about Community, Equality, Human rights and more important supervise to which extent they are honest, realistic, fair and open-minded. Ok website but can be difficult to find information at times. Being able to pay things online is a good idea but there are really annoying survey popups!
