Excellent customer service given and very efficient

Brought the car in for 2 new tyres and wheel alignment. Now brake pipe is burst and they will not repair it. Sent out a report stating that everything is ok. Had to bring the car to another garage to have it fixed and they are not willing to pay for the repair ... Not helpful.
