Was charged more than £400 for a single flat tyre, no customer service. Go ahead if you want to be robbed. Definitely a SCAM company.

Awful experience from start to finish. We hired a van in Dec 2024 which had wing mirror hanging off when we collected and was in a filthy condition. Wouldn't even give them one star. Went to collect the van and it wasn't in a drivable state. Legally. After calling them they said they had no other vans available, no apology at all. 18 days later, still waiting for a refund. Chased this up and they said the usual 'bank has to process it' etc....Read more
