Car collected from home and returned on completion with service and MOT documentation. Phone call to confirm all OK and ETA for car return. What’s not to like?

My car was collected by Porsche breakdown assistance within 20 minutes of calling. The car was delivered to Porsche Nottingham and a new tyre was ordered. I was kept informed of progress and collected my cleaned car the following morning and enjoyed a prepared coffee.

Communication was very good. The lady that dealt with me was very nice and friendly. (Kelsey) I think. The service and mot were done quickly apart from motability holding things up for a few hours. My car was also washed and valeted which was great.
