0330 line was not answered. Sent email instead to cancel off 1 of my 2 vehicles, email not acted on and claimed they didn’t receive it, and claimed renewal/changes only allowed online. The cover is cheap enough, haven’t had to claim on it, but there communications are poor. Would not recommend this ...Read more
