Perfectly fine when you purchase a car. When things go wrong not so. Car purchased in Oct 2023 and issues with mold and damp seats. Still not sorted and emails now being ignored. Unable to use the car for any other passengers due to the smell. 2 complaints sent to HQ but still no reply.
