Service department is a total scam. They lead you on whilst scalping you for increasing amounts of money and fix nothing. Plus had cash go missing from my vehicle on 3 separate occasions.

Booked a service for ID3 giving a months notice, took car in to be told before they had looked at it that it would need to be booked in again for 2 days for an update. Routine minor service on t-roc at Tunbridge wells- car not washed or valeted and over charged for wiper blades

We had a recall letter for our KIA took it to KIA Ebbsfleet, receptionist Carley was a ray of sunshine, so helpful and such a cheerful person. Our car was dealt with straight away so we didn’t have to make an appointment to bring it back. A big thank you to the staff and especially SMILEY CARLEY 😄
