Quite simply, the WORST car dealer I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Do yourself a massive favour and save yourself HUGE disappointment and choose a different BMW dealer. My complaints to BMW HO are ongoing.

Typical sales patter - incredibly attentive from Simon sales manager with immediate email responses until sale is completed and then he completely blanks query emails. I really would not use this company, very poor after sales service. Gave one star as I had to ... they deserve none.
