Amazing from start to finish. Clear, polite and overall a very friendly straight forward car sale.
Poor. Call centres answering phones, no way of contacting someone at the dealership that are dealing with your vehicle. Having complained to senior management, nothing has been actioned to resolve the issues we have. A punishment to deal with.
Hendy at Eastleigh recently serviced my Jazz. Great work, vehicle report on video and they flagged up an issue with the tyres that I had not noticed. Also gave the exterior a good clean. Not expensive either. Highly recommended.
