I needed to get copies of my previous services which Formula One Autocentres had done on my car. Within 24 hours they located and send the entire service history. That is truly excellent customer service.

Disgraceful. Took weeks to book an MOT, happy to wait as had been recommended them. Turned up on the day and cancelled the MOT with no notice and due to the internet not working. Then informed it it would be weeks before being offered another MOT slot. Disgusting customer service.

Avoid this place took my car for MOT went to pick it up was told it had failed they had found a serious fault . Nothing on mot to explain what the issues were . After 5 days chasing them to get a explanation to what is actually wrong I'm still no further. They are just avoiding me

Dropped in to have a tyre replaced and was assisted by Connor. He went out of his way to not only change the tyre, but examined under my 15 year old car to correct some parts which I didn't know needed urgent attention. Thank you Connor , for making my driving safe today!

Very helpful and didn’t take long too change a tyre also checked the car over Will definitely use this garage again
