I was in need of some support with upgrading my account, and Alexandra was great at assisting me through the whole process. She was even able to advise on some great options which have saved me money.

My website was/still is getting hit with several thousand bots a day, mainly from Brazil. I'm told it is a content issue. Quote "this type of issues are not hosting related.
