Posted a birthday card on 11/3 from Northampton by First Class Post for my sister who lives in Leighton Buzzard. It is now the 19/3 And it still has not been delivered. Other birthday cards posted elsewhere in England have also not arrived at her address. Shocking service

Absolute joke in our particular address/Postcode area some post never turns up and is usually always late with delivery times. I have to say - I initially spoke to some very useless people here who weren't helpful in the slightest. However, Carl was exceptional and should be commended. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and polite. I wish the rest of Royal Mail were like him!
