Went for a tyre repair. They fixed the tyre, took the spare off and stored it back under the car, and fitted the repaired tyre. Staff were all busy but polite, helpful and friendly. Took car in for a service and MOT. The bill was approximately double the amount we usually pay at another garage. Work was done that in our view was unnecessary and they did the work without any authorisation from me.
