This honestly has to just be the worst bus service of all time. The buses are always extremely late. Don’t recommend

Just returned from a 4 day break to see the carnivals in The Netherlands. Great trip, really well organised and our driver Charlie was an absolute star. He was helpful, funny and very professional. This is our second Edwards Coach holiday, and Im sure there'll be more!

I had a shock of my life this rude bus driver was very very rude. He asked me of i had any less then a £20 not i explained to him that is all I have i couldn't apologise enough he said to me it will be is pound coins I said that will be fine thank you. The buses over the last few weeks have been very bad at timekeeping. On Friday the 400 bus was half an hour late going to Cardiff and over 35 minutes late coming back. Very poor service.
