I did not end up buying a used car but Richard Byrne was very helpful. He provided responses to all my enquiries in a timely manner and was receptive to the limits of my budget etc. So,as far as I took things, I had a good customer experience.
Disgraceful how you can give different prices for vat registered companies and self employed for a brand new ford transit connect. Was quite happy paying the vat but you want to charge more.
