I can only give this company ( Northallerton Branch) a 5 Star review. I bought a second hand 508 Sw from them a few weeks ago. From the bottom to the top all the staff have been helpful and pleasant to me the couple of times I have visited them. Keep up the great work. Thanks. Mr Michael Ball.
The Parts Dept in Guisborough is a standing joke, they do not reply to E mails at all when trying to order/source parts, I have now found it 100% better to visit my local Motor Factors to obtain spurious parts !!!!!

Went in to book my car in for a service stood for 15mins while the service manager chats to someone on the phone from a different department not a customer. It says on Simon Bailes website Customer Focused. I dont think so, and looking at the reviews on here they need some training.
Took my car in for new brakes and disc , everything went well until i arrived to collect my vehicle. I was greeted by the manager , Anthony , who took me to my car. Whilst it was parked it was reversed in to , ok these things happen , and they said they would contact me to arrange repair , not major...
