Seriously? Paid for first class post and here I am *EIGHT DAYS LATER* and the recipient still hasn't received it! Just massively failing. Not at all surprising they lost the Royal Charter. Not to mention that they leave my parcels in "safe" place that's in full view of passers by. 🙄

I simply wanted to know if my nearest branch deals with Car Tax. The PO website lists just the same basic sevices for every branch. Went to return an item using post office service and decided to buy euros for an upcoming trip. I thought a well known, seemingly trusted brand would have somewhat competitive rates. They don't. I paid just short off £20 more for €250 than I would have at Tesco.
