Halfords Autocentre

I ordered a socket set online for next-day pickup in the store, but I've been waiting for five days already.

After 6 months saga of repairs to new £1,000 bike, store manager assured me in December bike had been repaired thoroughly and test-ridden. Picked it up and it was unrideable.
