Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The garage had my car for a month to fix a recurring problem that should have been fixed under warranty 2 years ago!! No updates & they do not answer the phone or respond to voicemail!! We had to visit the garage to finally get any action....
We have found this exceptional Suzuki dealership, to go ,"above and beyond" for customer service. Called last night with tyre pressure monitoring system fault, which we were unable to clear. Asked to call in today, where it was promptly sorted at no charge! Smiles all round.
